Marty Lopez, who joined Bassenian Lagoni Architects in 1995, began his architectural career in 1988 and has over 35 years of experience in commercial, residential and multi-family housing. Since 1998, Marty has successfully managed many of Bassenian Lagoni Architects’ multi-family projects.

In Bassenian Lagoni Architects’ multi-family practice, Marty leads the effort with clients like Irvine Apartment Communities to provide the service builders expect from our office. Marty’s expertise and thorough attention to detail is essential in coordinating the work of other consultants and ensuring that construction commences as the project is drawn. His passion for finding innovative and creative solutions results in many award-winning projects for the firm. Marty’s rapport with builder-clients is key to his success.
