Bassenian/Lagoni Architects Wins
at The Nationals and at the
Best in American Living Awards

Bassenian/Lagoni Architects, Newport Beach, Calif., recently won two major awards for design excellence at the International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Fla.:

• In the Best in American Living Awards, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Professional Builder magazine, the firm received a Gold award in the competitive category, Best Single-Family Detached Home – 2,401 to 3,000 Square Feet, for Bella Fiore, Plan One. Built by Pardee Homes in Las Vegas, Plan One paints a stunning portrait of Tuscan architecture and mirrors the peaks of the surrounding desert hills.

• At The Nationals, sponsored by the NAHB Sales and Marketing Council, Bella Fiore Plan 4 was recognized as the Silver award winner for Best Single-Family Detached Home – $650,000 to $1 million. At 4,265 square-feet, Plan Four offers just three bedrooms and three and a half baths, leaving plenty of space for a towering family room, a huge bonus room, and a commanding entry gallery.
