Working with client Shea Homes and HomeAid, Bassenian Lagoni Architects donated the time to design a three-story courtyard home that blended with the surrounding architecture in a historic South Central Los Angeles neighborhood, housed 11 people and provided the necessary spaces as well as a touch of luxury.
